Fresh Triple-Berry Blend Smoothie

Ingredients: One cup of fresh Raspberries, One cup of fresh Black Berries, One cup of fresh cut-up Strawberries, One cup of ice cubes, One cup of Vanilla Yogurt, and a Tablespoon of Sugar to taste.

Step 1:  Add all ingredients, starting with the ice, into your blender of choice. Add a layer of yogurt in between each layer of berries, starting with strawberries, then black berries, and finishing with red raspberries. Add a spoonful of sugar to taste, which is optional.

Step 2:  Blend on high until preferred consistency. Could take a few minutes for ice to become blended with the fruit. Using chopped ice or smaller ice cubes wouldn’t take as long.

Step 3:  Pour blended fruit smoothie into your favorite glass with a straw. A thicker straw would work the best.

Step 4: (Optional) Freeze fruit ahead of time and add to the completed smoothie to keep it cold without watering it down with regular ice!

Step 5:  Enjoy your smoothie! 🙂
