Exercise

Who needs a car when you have legs. Too many people today rely on getting around with a car. Often times it is forgotten that there is more to life than using a vehicle to do things. Exercising is something that can be done without a car. A form of exercise is running. Running can get you from one destination to another. Running is a great option because you do not need to use a car to get around while still keeping you in shape. If running is not your thing than there are many alternative forms of exercise.

If you are trying to get to one place to another than another without the use of a car then biking may be a great alternative than running. Biking will not take up as much time as running but it is still a healthy alternative than using a car. But why even go anywhere? home is an option 100% of the time. No car is needed at all and exercise is still available. Yeah people make up excuses of not having enough space but that is a lie because you can literally use any house appliance and an aid for exercise. For example a kitchen chair can be used to do tricep dips. In addition to the kitchen chair the stairs are also an excellent aid for exercise. Running up and down the stairs is good for your heart as well as your butt. It is also easy to do squats anywhere in your house. Just as long as you have a little bit of elbow room you should be all set to get that booty you have always wanted. All of these things are options instead of using a car. As you can see the use of a car is completely unnecessary and other activities can be performed.

Great article! I love the opening question! “Who needs a car when you have legs?” PERFECT!
I personally enjoy exercising. I love running especially. Exercise to me is a very good stress reliever, its like I’m in my own world when I run. Very useful article I will definitely spread the word!

I think this post could really motivate someone! It sure has motivated me to get up and run instead of driving to the gym to use the automated treadmill
