Ingredients
- LOTS OF FRESH BLUEBERRIES (can also be frozen)
- 3 Teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract
- Vanilla Yogurt
- (Optional: One cup of Milk to make thinner consistency)
- Tablespoon of Sugar
- One Cup Shaved/crushed ice (Not needed if your blueberries are frozen)
Step 1: Prepare ingredients. Thoroughly wash the blueberries, especially if they are store-bought. These berries could contain chemicals that were used to ripen them and as a pesticide.
Step 2: Add all ingredients into a blender of your choice, starting with the yogurt. Then add blueberries, sugar, vanilla, and ice. (Add cup of milk to make smoothie thinner)
Step 3: Blend on high for about 20 seconds, or until prefered consistency.
Step 4: Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass with a straw. Using a bigger straw makes it easier to drink.
Step 5: Top with a pinch of sugar and a garnish.
