Pretty Little Liars is now 5 years into the future and everything has changed. Nothing big happened in the first episode because the liars wanted to catch up with each other. when we catch up with Hannah she is engaged and lives in New York and no longer with Caleb. Emily’s father has died and she work in Miami as a bartender, she says she’s attending college but I believe she is hiding something, also in the 5 year flash forward special they reveal Emily will come back with the biggest secret. Spencer is working for the president and I believe she is dating or wants to date Hannah’s old boyfriend Caleb who Hannah dated throughout all of the previous seasons. Aria found a passion for publishing and works with Ezra, her old boyfriend who was also her English teacher throughout high school. lastly we catch up with Alison who is now teaching in place of Ezra.
The only reason the liars reunited back in Rosewood was because Alison needed them to talk to the judge to have Cece released. Alison wanted Cece to be released so bad she asked the girls to lie to the judge. For all the stress the hurt and the misery Cece put the girls through they thought it was unfair for Alison to ask. However what Aria said to the judge shocked me.
One thing I know is certain, someone is after the liars once more and we know it’s no longer Cece. I don’t think it would be Sarah Harvey because it seems to predictable, I believe we have yet to meet that someone. They say the “Big Bad” is worse than “A” and actually poses a bigger, life threatening, threat to the liars. I’m hoping we don’t find it is someone we’ve known for seasons and became to love, also I hope the “Big Bad” doesn’t actually take the life of a special character.
