Halo, The battle for the Future

Hello fellow players, SGuilford16 speaking, today I am going to give you guys a review about the Game Halo 3, it is really fun I will tell you that but let me explain what I mean though.  The Campaign starts out with the Chief falling from a destroyed forerunner  ship and crash lands in a dense forest on earth.  As the campaign progresses you go through missions struggling with the war against the covenant.  Not only that but you also have another threat that both you and the covenant have to deal with, which is the flood.  These guys can be pretty creepy looking because these creatures are basically a race in which their one goal is to consume all known life in the galaxy and if that occurs then they will be unstoppable.

In some missions during the campaign you have this other race to assist you in completing them, is the Arbiter the will of the Prophets.  The Arbiters race is known as the Sangheili or Elites, the others that follow the Arbiter and you would do anything to help you in the fight to end the prophets lies and stop him from activating the Halo rings.  Now that reminds me, these rings are supposed to be forerunner installations each watched over by a monitor, a forerunner who likes everything to be in order in their ring worlds.  Now the monitor you encounter is known as 343 Guilty Spark the monitor of the installation 04, which is the one that you have set foot on in Halo Combat evolved, also the time when you first meet him and the flood.   In Combat Evolved you start out on a UNSC cruiser(United Nations Space Command), The Pillar of Autumn, in which you would be fending of covenant invaders and eventually escape and land on Installation 04 for the first time.

On the last mission or Halo as it was named, is when you and the Arbiter head to the installation’s control room to activate the ring in a attempt to rid of the flood forever.  But do not hesitate, the flood will try to stop you until you get to the control room in which that is the place in which you will face the final boss, the Monitor.  Why the monitor you ask, well it appeared in the beginning he was helping you but when you try to light the ring he tries to put an end to you.  So since you now have no choice you will have to kill him eventually and then light the ring and then escape.  But you will not be able to leave easily without a fight, because you will have to fight off the flood and the sentinals which are also forerunners like the monitor just not as powerful.  Finally in the end you the arbiter and Cortana, a UNSC A.I (Artificial Intelligence), in a frigate and escape the ring, think the Chief is dead, you will see a surprise in Halo 4.

Now let us get down to the good stuff, multiplayer game modes on Halo 3 have many differences and some similarities that you might want to know about.  First standard slayer or perhaps king of the Hill, requires at least 2-10 players in order for the game to have action and/ or occur the way it should.  But modes like Big Team slayer and team doubles, will have different party sizes, big team slayer needs 16 players and team doubles need 4.  The standard slayer modes can be default or the rules and name can differ like it could be called team BR’s, or team Dual’s where you start out with dual wielded weapons.  Then infection can have a number of players for the game to begin, and basically works like any infection game mode on any other game.  That’s all I have on the subject, thank you and best wishes.
