Trying Something New

Ingredients 

16 Large Shrimp

8 Slices of Bacon

Barbecue Seasoning, to taste

Instructions

Prep-20 minutes      Cook-15 minutes     Ready In-50 minutes

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

2. Wrap shrimp with 1/2 slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick. Be sure and use the large shrimp–the cooking time for the shrimp and the bacon is similar. If you use medium-sized shrimp, you might want to precook the bacon a little–over cooked shrimp are tough and rubbery–and a real shame.

3. Line a jelly roll pan with extra heavy duty foil, and place baking rack in pan. Place the shrimp on the rack, and sprinkle heavily with the barbecue seasoning, turn and sprinkle second side. Let the shrimp sit for 15 minutes. The bacon will turn from creamy white to a little opaque, and the seasonings will soak in.

4. Cook the bacon for 10 to 15 minutes. The rack keeps the shrimp from sitting in the draining bacon fat. With a little luck, you won’t tear the foil — you can throw that away and only have to scrub the rack.

Seafood is such a mouth watering, jaw dropping feeling when the moist of the cooked food sits in your mouth. But why not try it with bacon or barbecuing the shrimp? Shrimp is already a wonderful flavor, but bacon as fat and fat is flavor. Grilling the shrimp with barbecue seasoning will give it dark striations so it looks nice. Then basically wrap it in bacon. With all the salty, fatty, flavoring in your mouth who wouldn’t say no to this outstanding flavoring in your mouth.

I’d recommend this to people who like bacon and seafood. These kind of food is good. This should is a great taste once you take a bit of that perfect texture in your mouth. Trying new things can mean a lot of different things. Try new things you haven’t tried before is a great way to start getting to know different kinds of foods.

I believe experimenting on food and trying new things can create a challenge but also create a wonderful thing to talk about when you try new foods. If your someone who likes to try new things then it would be great, to show that same experience with food. Trying new kinds of food. If your not into trying new things start with food. Someone foods are are really good. Just need to open up more and let the new taste of new food take over your mouth. This can become a new thing for anyone, if you start but trying to try new foods, with foods you like.
