Commencement speech

 Good-Bye Raiders

 Hello class of 2018, Students, Parents and teachers, I stand here today reminiscing  about the moments I have had throughout high school, all the good and bad moments iv had, while trying my hardest to get past this rough 4 years here at Oak Hill High school,  Here are 5 things that I will miss throughout my high school experience. 1) I’ll miss laughing in class at random jokes and trying to hold it back so I don’t get in trouble, but the silence of everything makes it even funnier. 2) I’ll miss humming pennies at Austin Pierce in English 3 while getting Ms. O’Brian face all red! 3) JMG class being so lit that Ms. Bourassa starts throwing everything and anything she can get her hands on to take out anger, but everything she throws is off by 10 feet which are too funny to watch. 4)  Another thing I’ll miss throughout high school is walking the halls in the morning with all my buddies making each other laugh, talking about the night before and what’s happening around us, until the bell rings for class. 5) Staying up late on school nights playing video games with all my friends, when I could’ve been using that time to study, but who studies nowadays?

5 things I won’t miss throughout high school! 1) waking up early for school when I could be getting my beauty rest. 2) staying up late writing essays about topics you can really care less about, even if you don’t want to admit it! 3) lunches are the worst thing this school can serve to the students, they just look so gross and unpleasing to a point where you can’t even look at it. 4) The chairs in this school are the most uncomfortable seat I can sit in and that’s one thing I will never miss about this school. 5) Doing formatives that don’t even count towards your grade, but teachers making you do them anyway, is why I will truly not miss this about school. I had a lot of good  memories that made me laugh and enjoy high school, like coming to this prison everyday but laughing got me through school. Most importantly I will miss coming to this school every day because of the people that I made memories with and knowing that this is the last year that I’ll sees some of those faces, because we’re all going places and taking different paths but I will miss Oak Hill High School.
