Cool Flag idea: JBergeron23’s Avatar

My partner’s avatar was a lion with red black and gold surrounding it. JBergerons23 avatar was easy to define considering that most of the stuff there was about the sport they played and that was how they chose that color scheme. 

JBergerons23 followed the flag rule very well, they stayed with a simplistic design. JBergeron23’s lion on his avatar caught my attention, I thought that it would have symbolized pride but he said “Lions are really cool and are the king of the jungle” and that “I thought that red black, and blue would look really cool surrounding the lion and then based what I wanted the colors to represent that off of what colors I picked.” Another reason why JBergerons23 picked these colors is that they represented blue for oak hill, paying homage to the school’s colors. and red for friendship. 

I was interested in how he thought of a lion, And I find it really cool how he based it on his hockey team. He based his whole flag on his hockey team’s logo. I guess our thoughts on how we made out designs weren’t that different, he wanted something cool and simplistic, and I just went with what I thought was cool and simplistic in design.
