My friends and I during the summer went bridge jumping around the time of my birthday on July 20th 2022. It was me my friend Donovan and Dylan who went bridge jumping. My friend Dylan was was the only person who could drive with people at the time so he took his car to the spot we had to walk all the way down a rail road track for about one mile until we came to a bridge that went over the water I cant remember the name of the lake but the lake is up by Farmington.
While we were walking down we were just joking around with one another and just having an overall good time. Dylan was the first person to jump off the bridge, the bridge was about 50 to 60 feet off from the ground so it was a pretty good drop into the water when he came out of the water he said he felt something touch his foot and me and Donovan just stood on top of the bridge laughing at him. We said you probably just touched a fish you scared or some weeds. I was the next one who jumped. Sense the drop is a bit before you hit the ground you can feel your stomach come up and go back down when you hit the water which I thought was pretty cool. Donovan was the last one to jump because he’s scared of heights and didn’t think it was gonna be as high as it was so he took about 20 minutes hyping himself up to jump. Dylan and I were just making fun of him because he took so long to jump into the water. When he jumped he looked down half way and his body started to tilt forwards so he kinda did a belly flop but not at the same time. Dylan and I thought it was so funny at the time we still bring it up here and there and have a good laugh about it.
By the time my friend Donovan had jumped it was getting dark outside so we packed up and started walking down the rail road to the car it was about 8 o’clock when we started to get ready to leave. The rocks were really hot so we had to walk on the wood. It was about 8:30 pm by the time we got back to the car. That day was probably one of the best days we’ve had while hanging out because it was fun and a lot happened by the time we got back to Dylan’s house.
