Best Friends

All my favorite memories include laughter, I’m sure when you look back to your favorite memories you also think about sometimes that you were laughing. Finding people who make you laugh is always important, they make your life more interesting. you’ll always have something happening and there’s a time when having laughter made my life better. I have so many amazing memories that make me laugh and smile because of the experience and it will never be something I will forget. Being at my cottage in the summer where the air is filled with salt and everyone is on vacation. It would always have the adults acting like children because they’re on vacation and around all their friends.

One of my favorite memories of when I was laughing so much that I had tears in my eyes was when I was at my cottage. My friends Jack, Olive, Jordan, and I were jumping off the dock and it was right after I had just met Jack and Olive for the first time we had all been talking while walking around the block and Jack said that we should go swimming off the dock and of course we all wanted too. To start we had all been walking on the rocks and I had already fallen multiple times so they already were making fun of me for that and we were all laughing about how I couldn’t stop falling over. When we got to the dock Jack started pushing everyone in and had been thinking very highly of himself and thought he was untouchable until his cousin came down and all of us decided to hide underneath the dock while Jack was distracted.

When he realized that all of us were gone he started to freak out and when I say freak out I mean freak out, he started to think something had happened to us and his cousin who’s terrified of sharks started thinking we got attacked. This helped our friendship because then we were all laughing at how his cousin was scared of sharks. We all started dying of laughter because Jack fell for it and was beyond upset thinking something had happened. We came out from under the dock all laughing so much that we all had tears in our eyes, Jack had been calling our names and had almost started crying saying he was beyond sorry. All the adults had come down to see what was wrong and knew that we were messing with him so they would play along and by the time we had gotten on the dock none of us could even stand up because we knew the adults had made things even better. Jack had been saying how much we would miss us all and how he messed up and his face when he saw us had us laughing so much we had tears coming down our faces. Ever since then all of us have been very close friends and we always make each other laugh.

In conclusion when you find people who you can laugh and joke with it makes a humongous difference in friendship. Laughter keeps friendships new and creates the best friendship that you couldn’t ever replace. Since then all of us have been friends and always make sure we see each other, we always joke about how Jack acted or about how Jack had a crush on me and always check to see when I’ll be down there. Our friendship has always been filled with laughter and happiness which is why it is such a strong friendship. Laughter creates the best memories that you’ll never forget.
