I had an interview with a guy named sbonner24, and he had a pretty interesting avatar. His avatar had the elements, a big rock front and center, a sun behind the rock, blue water under the sun, and bright green grass on the bottom.

The part the grabbed my attention the most was the big rock sitting in the middle of the picture. When asked what it was, “It symbolizes the time I climbed Mt Katahdin.” I thought that was pretty cool to include a big accomplishment like that in the avatar. The massive sun in the background also grabbed my attention, so when I asked about it he replied with, “I just threw it in to fill the space.” I liked that the sun didn’t have a deeper meaning and that it was simply used as a place holder.
When asked about what all the elements mean in his avatar, “I’ve traveled a lot, all down the East Coast.” and “I guess they are all a collection of my memories.”
Our avatars are pretty different. Mine revolves around the things most important in my life, God, farming, and my love for the outdoors. His is a collection of memories, climbing mountains and traveling. Our only similarities are the love for the outdoors. It’s interesting to see our differences between values and memories.
