CFessenden24 and fishing

CFessenden24 is a friendly and energetic guy. He loves soccer and is super passionate about it. He spends the majority of his time on the soccer field, playing video games, such as Rainbow Six Siege, and/or fishing. He also isn’t the brightest person and tends to catch himself on fire trying to weld. When he isn’t doing these four things, he is spending time with his friends, family, and his girlfriend.
When he started coming up with ideas for his flag he wasn’t quite sure what he wanted to do. He had a difficult time coming up with ideas, along with struggling to draw his ideas out. Most of his ideas involved some type of soccer, or a personal belonging, such as “my house/my soccer career”. His first idea involved the topic of soccer, but he ended up choosing a different idea because it was more simple to draw. His final choice wasn’t his first design, but I believe it was the best out of all the ones he designed. He chose this flag because “It resembles the passion and liking I have for fishing” (CFessenden24).
Behind the symbol is a diagonal line starting at the bottom left corner and going straight to the top right corner. This specific type of line doesn’t have any specific meaning behind it other than as CFessenden24 puts it, “It is my favorite type of line” (CFessenden24). On the top left side of the diagonal line, it is colored in blue. The blue resembles the color of his high school soccer team, which he is the starting varsity goalie for. Along with this, blue is also a symbol of his favorite color. The bottom right side of the diagonal line is colored white. The white symbolizes the peace that fishing brings him, along with being the second color of the soccer team he plays for.
To draw CFessenden24’s flag you first start with the square box you’ll be drawing in. The first thing you’re going to do is draw a straight diagonal line from the bottom left corner of the square to the top right corner of the square. To do this, you’ll place either a pencil or a pen in the bottom left corner and then draw a diagonal line to the top right corner, keeping the line as straight as possible. This should create two triangles. One on the top left and one on the bottom right. After you do this, you’re then going to take a blue drawing utensil such as a pen, pencil, or marker and color the top left triangle completely. You’re then going to completely color in the bottom right triangle using a white drawing utensil. Once you’re done coloring in both of those things you are going to find the center of the square and using a black drawing utensil you’re going to draw a fishing hook with the sharp end to the left. The fishing hook should take up a ⅓ of the square. Start with drawing a triangle with the point facing the top of the square starting just left to the center of the square. Then draw a line going straight downward starting at the point of the triangle. Go about a 1/4 of the way down the square and then curve the line to the right. After curving it, continue curving the line until it is going towards the top of the triangle and then go up the page about a ⅓ of the way and then draw a small curl to end that line.
When this assignment was given to my class, and I found out I was partners with CFessenden24, I thought his flag would be all about soccer. He has always been very passionate about soccer, and it is all he ever wanted to do. His favorite soccer team is Arsenal. When I asked him why his favorite team was Arsenal, he said, “They are the team that inspired my passion for soccer, and they are a very competitive team which is very entertaining” (CFessenden24). This passion and inspiration are crucial for him to have right now. He broke his foot during a soccer game and doesn’t know how long he’ll be out. It is his senior year, and it will be difficult to get past the mentality that he might not be able to play for the rest of his senior season. But because Cade is a strong person I believe he can get past this challenge. Along with this, Cade is a very friendly person. He makes friends very easily and is very talkative. Cade is outgoing and is not afraid to show his true self. He has high self-esteem and is not embarrassed about being who he is. Cade is someone who other people look up to when they are having challenges in their own lives. He understands people and is always willing to give a helping hand.
To sum it all up, I think that CFessenden24’s avatar is a great example of who he is. It is designed well and was thought out thoroughly. His avatar shows the peacefulness that he has in him and resembles who he is as a dedicated and caring person.
