Ads about me

When I am on Amazon and I am buying hockey sticks or hockey pucks therefore the next day usually I will get an ad on Instagram for a hockey stick or hockey pucks however this is very odd. This can also be nice because I see something I like on my feed and I click on the ad and buy it without having to look anything up because they know me and my identity and know what I like which is an interesting and cool fact these ads do define me like hockey, football, stocks, and crypto.

It is also very creepy knowing that they are tracking what I see and see what I am searching up on my phone because hockey, football, and stocks is my identity and my ad identity defines me and I feel like these companies and websites know me better then some of my friends.

at the end of the day I would rather ads come up on my feed from what searches up on their on website or platform and not on someone else’s or what I am buying because I find it odd and creepy.

These social media sites advertising are pretty accurate as to my true self. When I am on social media, I am typically searching for hockey, football, stocks, and crypto information. The social media site advertisements are directed at hockey and football fans. A lot of the ads are also focused on stock trading and crypto business, as well. The social media sites are doing a good job of targeting my interests. These companies probably think I am a sports fan who loves hockey and football and works in the stock market and crypto business.

In conclusion, I do view myself as an avid sports fan and someone trying to learn and invest in stocks and crypto. Ultimately these ads do define my identity and you could ask my friends and they would probably say these ads do define me as well.
