Helping Hands

I’ve known for a while that I want to work in Human Services. I’ve spent a lot of time volunteering for a day-program for adults with developmental disabilities, as well as other volunteer work with my JMG class. Many people in my family work or have worked in that industry and I’ve kind of grown up with that in my mind that that was what I want to do. To be more specific, I want to work as a Drug Addiction Counselor. On my flag, the green hands represent me wanting to help those in need by becoming a counselor, and the red heart represents those in which I want to help. The blue background simply represents my favorite color.
