A look into Ostaggs22

Ostaggs22 is a brunette senior that plays field hockey and is a starter and a captain. Her avatar is a square and has a squiggly in the top and it is shaded red. There is another squiggly line and in between the first and the second squiggly line, it is colored yellow. After the yellow it is all shaded green with 4 black trees, two of them are shorter than there is a medium-sized tree and the last tree is the tallest one. In the top right corner of the square, there is a circle with lines coming from the north, south, east, and west. 

What stood out to me in Ostaggs22 avatar is that she added different heights to the trees. I think it adds more detail to the avatar and makes it more interesting and realistic. The circle with the lines in the top right corner is interesting to me because it could represent Ostaggs22’s love for field hockey. Ostaggs22 has a really high interest in field hockey and ended up being a captain this year so the circle can represent her love for field hockey. Ostaggs and I both picked random colors to fill in for having a lot of white on our avatars. A difference between our avatars is that I believe I did not put as much effort into my avatar as ostaggs did. 

I asked Ostaggs about the circle and the lines in the top right corner of the square and she replied with “The circle is to represent field hockey, and I just added the lines to make it look like a sun for more detail.” I thought that the circle and the circle was to represent field hockey and I ended up being right. I was also curious about the colors that ostaggs chose so I asked about them and she replied “I just picked random colors that I thought went well with each other.” which is what I also did with my avatar. Ostaggs and I were talking about their avatar and I was asking her why she chose trees instead of something else ostaggs replied with “The trees are to represent camping because I really enjoy camping.” After ostaggs said that it started to make a lot more sense to me why they chose trees. 

Overall Ostaggs avatar represents her very well and how much she cares for camping and field hockey. Ostaggs and I had some differences on how we completed our avatar but we did have some similarities which I found to be interesting. Overall after Ostaggs and I talked about our avatars I started to understand her avatar a lot more and I found her avatar very interesting at the end.
