Questions everything

One day on a weekend I was working at Dunkin. It was a nice day out and I just wanted to stay home and sit outside and enjoy the sun. Maybe even go somewhere with my family rather than going to work. I like working sometimes when I’m working with someone that actually works and gets everything done before the time we close. But I don’t enjoy it when I’m working with someone I don’t like because it’s not fun and they don’t get anything done most of the time, but I do most of the work. I’m starting to not like my job anymore than I used to like it and enjoy it but now I don’t. Too much drama it’s ridiculous. But a lot of people come in and get things from Dunkin and we make it and be polite because that’s the right thing to do. The customers will be very rude and disrespectful to you even though you’re helping them out. The customers don’t have any patience and they’re not nice at all. We as coworkers are always nice and helpful to the customers and if they order a drink and food we always make it the way they want it. So many people are picky though but we still try our best to make it how they like it, some are rude about it and when they should be polite. The customers think there is only one person that’s ordering and they are selfish because in reality we have so many people to serve and they don’t understand so they start to complain and yell at us workers. But we as workers are nice and respectful on what they want and keep working and make them satisfied with what they ordered. Even though they’re not grateful we still do it. I work every weekend and I enjoy it when I see people come in happy and don’t have any drama or are rude and disrespectful to us.

When I work during the day and at night the other coworkers don’t get their job done or chores done before their shift ends so therefore we have to do it when it was supposed to be done by them. So there’s more work to do but also so many people look funny when they come into Dunkin I kinda laugh in my head. But I don’t out loud because that’s rude and I don’t want to be rude. I’ve wanted to tell people if they have something on their shirt or face or on them to be nice and let them know like “hey you have something on your shirt” to be nice. But a few weekends ago I was working and there was this girl that ordered a drink and food so we obviously made it for her. I went to the window so she could pay for her things and she had a black mark on her face. I thought it was makeup. So I asked one of my coworkers if I should let her know that she has that on her face and I didn’t want to sound rude saying it to her. So I asked if I should let her know that and she’s like yes I think you should but I don’t really know why I asked her that I should have just let the customer know she had that on her face. But I told her that she had something black on her face and she’s like “oh its not make up while I was working a box fell on my face when I was trying to pick it up”, so I felt bad but at the same time she probably was like oh she saw that I guess it’s that noticeable but at the same time she probably appreciated that I told her she had something on her face and if she didn’t know then someone told her so she would know.
