As Ellington tells us “A problem is a chance for you to do your best.” To me this means that we should all persevere through the struggles in life. There has been many times in my life where sometimes I thought I wouldn’t get on the other side of things. But I always do. A good example of a time when I had to perservere through something hard was the summer of 2021 when I broke my leg in a jetski accident had couldnt walk for 3 months. I really struggled realized I had to try my hardest to make the best out of it. I couldnt do all my favourite summer things. I couldnt swim , water ski , or jump of any rope swings. Most days were very lengthy and brutally uneventfulI.I would spend most days on the couch alone. But somedays by friends and family memberes would come visit me to try to make my summer not completley awful. I would spend my time watching TV shows and movies , I would do alot of crossword puzzles and I would play card games and board games with my family. Even though It was a awful summer , I found alot of new good shows and I did get pretty good at go fish!

I had to try my best to get around on crutches and function normally and I had to have a positive mindset in a good attitude in order to get through this and be okay.

Another example would be when Benjamin Franklin was 10 years old and his parents told him they could not afford to send him to school he took it into his own hands and pursued his own education by constantly reading.This example of Benjamin Franklin relates to the quote because he has a issue of not being able to pursue education. Benjamin worked tirelessly to provide a helpful education for himself .Benjamin didnt have to do this.He couldve not doen anything and waited until he was a adult to get a education. But he didnt he tried his best and educated himself. He could’ve not tried his best , but he did exactly what the quote says and he tried his hardest and educated himself. He would constantly be reading books and conducting experiments to learn more information.He would also write essays and novels.Ben also did alot of networking, frequently engaged with intellectuals scientists , and polititcans. This problem gave Benjamin the oppurtunity to do his best because he had goals and wanted to have a decent education.If his parents couldnt afford to put him in school then he had to be educated somehow.

In conclusion This quote means that if you come across a problem try your hardest to get through it.
