Time

Having Patience can be a difficult thing for most people because they have to tolerate the delay in time without becoming frustrated and upset. Learning how to have patience can also be tricky due to having to gain complete self control instead of lashing out, complaining, and getting upset. A lot of people struggle with patients which can affect there ability to work well around others, getting a job, and maintaining a good standing within society. For an example, working in healthcare I have learned patience is the best way to gain success. When I was younger, my parents always tried to teach me how to have self control when waiting for different things and I remember always getting so upset. I quickly learned that having patience is important. I struggled with waiting in lines at the grocery store on Sundays because they were always so boring and long so my mom would buy me treats at the cash register. I would say I have overcome that but I haven’t instead I go to self checkout.Another Example having true Patience is when I was a little kid, my mom and I always had a garden and it took a long time for the Vegetables to grow. Sometimes I would eat the not ripe tomatoes and cucumbers. They didn’t taste as good as the ones that were fully grown. I eventually learned to wait for the veggies without getting frustrated.I remember my body getting tense and my face turning red like a tomato from the anger of waiting for the veggies in the beginning. Overtime I have learned how to maintain self control and have even more patience because everything takes time. Patience is a difficult thing.

I now am older and have bigger vegetable gardens but I wait till they grow and taste better. I maintain them by watering them daily, giving them light, time, and make them healthy. Maintaining the patience to allow them to become ripe is the same way any patient person should treat all situations they encounter that involve having patience. Its okay to take your time driving, reading a book, solving a task, and allowing others to do the same while you maintain having patience. The importance of patience creates strong relationships, trust, success, calmness, and positive attitudes.
