A car is an essential part of a majority of peoples everyday routine. It is without question that when someone says that they are going somewhere that almost every time a car is going to be the mean of transportation. It is tough to think of things that someone can do without involving a car to do things it is not impossible. Taking a nap is a prime example as to something that a human being can do without the use of a car. Although some people often enjoy taking naps in the car during long road trips or just because they are tired there are many other ways to nap.
Often times younger children require naps which is a crucial time for growth and rejuvenation. As people grow older a nap becomes less essential and eventually stop taking them all together. Sometimes as a young adult or even adult a busy lifestyle can really catch up with you and make a person sleep deprived. This would be a good time to nap and restore alertness making someone more productive and less groggy. This simple task can be done at home, without the use of a car, on a bed, couch, floor, table or really wherever it is comfortable for someone.

Some people require the use of a car to get their kid to nap because sometimes it helps them sleep apparently. Do you think kids will fall asleep faster if they were in a car or in a bed?
I love this article because I love to nap! And I also don’t have a car right now so it’s great that it’s a good alternative to driving! Great job including a lot of nap facts!
This article is very relatble. Napping is one of my favorite things to do, and it is so nice to get a nice nap in anywhere. I’ve napped in some pretty odd places. Have you napped in any out of the ordinary place?
@acyr I think kids will fall asleep faster in a bed than in a car. To me it makes more sense because in the car you are sitting up straight and to me I have to sleep in a bed. @Hhannigan15
Maybe you could talk about if its important to have babies sleep in there own bed instead of with the parent?
That was a good post, but I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you were trying to say in your second sentence. It’s probably just me because I tried to re-read it a few times but I just don’t understand what you are saying there. Other than that I liked the post very much, and I also think taking naps are important as well. Personally, for me, taking naps are close to impossible and I really wish I could take naps. Do you know any tips that could help me be able to take naps easier?
I love taking naps but how does it affect the way you sleep at night? I know for me when I take a nap it is much harder for me to fall asleep once bedtime comes or I wake up more during the night.
I love naps! You say that they are helpful for kids to grow and rejuvenate on a daily basis, do you think it is also helpful for adults to take naps? Would there be daily positive effects for adults like there are for kids?
This is an awesome post Heather! I love taking naps, and I can tell you do to! Naps can be very helpful in regaining the energy needed to get through the day!
