” The directions were extremely easy and everything went well until the cookies were done baking. The cookies were extremely flat. Although the appearance was not what I expected they were still delicious. Next time I may add some flour to help make the cookies become more firm and place them in the refrigerator for a little while before I cook them.” -GSabine16
” These cookies were great! They tasted almost like butterfingers. What I think would put a cherry on top though would be if she added drizzled chocolate to these spectacular cookies. The results may have not been what she expected, but on a scale of one to ten they were a ten!” -Sarah Sabine
“Although they did not look like anything spectacular the Spectacular Peanut Butter Cookie(SPBC) was extremely delicious! They were extremely chewy and melted in my mouth. The texture was sumptuously creamy but had a distinct crunchy sugary texture.
I had the fortune of sampling my SPBC hot out of the oven which added immensely to the silky peanut buttery taste. If you don’t like sweet and chewy then you won’t like these cookies.
I would definitely recommend SPBCs to anyone with a sweet tooth or hankering for peanut butter.” -Dan Sabine
